Service questions

Useful answers before we scope the work.

What is a lighting scene?

A scene recalls a group of lighting levels for an activity or time of day—for example entertaining, evening, cleaning or away.

Can the keypads match the interior finish?

There are many keypad styles and finishes. We coordinate the chosen controls with the electrical accessories and interior palette.

When should lighting controls be specified?

Ideally before first fix, so circuiting, driver locations and cable types support the intended control strategy.
